JMI Tallahassee Programs Offered:
Small Business Executive Program (SBEP)
Designed for leaders of established businesses, this program fosters long-term growth, collaboration, and community. Participants learn to think strategically and lead more effectively through practical and applicable content that includes marketing, strategic thinking, HR, and operations, while building a valuable network of peers facing similar challenges.
Nonprofit Executive Program (NPEP)
Focused on the business aspect of running a nonprofit, participants gain valuable insights into thinking differently and streamlining operations for enhanced efficiency. This program covers marketing, human resources, strategic thinking, and effective operations. In-person sessions serve as the program's foundation, providing actionable insights and strategies directly applicable to any organization.
CEO Peer2Peer Groups
Exclusive to presidents and owners of established businesses and nonprofit organizations, the CEO Peer2Peer Groups provide an avenue for sharing insights about challenging situations, topical issues, and sharing experiences with peers. Groups consist of 8-12 CEOs and leaders who are in non-competing industries or organizations. A typical meeting could include issues such as managing growth, finding and retaining top talent, enhancing compensation groups, dealing with healthcare costs, or developing retirement plans.
Accelerate Franklin Entrepreneurship Program (AFEP)
Accelerate Franklin Entrepreneurship Program (AFEP) seeks to help nascent entrepreneurs looking to take existing idea-stage, micro- and small- ventures into sustainable ventures in the Franklin County and other adjacent communities.
Leon Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program (LEAP)
