Introducing the Nonprofit Executive Program: Emerging Leaders!

The Nonprofit Executive Program (NPEP): Emerging Leaders is a pilot program designed to equip up-and-coming leaders with the skills, knowledge and network necessary to drive organizational growth and impact. This program is for employees of nonprofit organizations who hold critical positions, such as Directors, Managers, Coordinators and Team Leaders. While not the executive director, these leaders are instrumental in fulfilling their organization's strategic direction, operational efficiency, and overall success.

Key Program Components

Focused on Business Aspects: Participants will work on the business side of running a nonprofit. This allows them to gain valuable insights into thinking differently and streamlining operations for enhanced efficiency.

Networking Opportunities: Participants will have the chance to network with other local nonprofit leaders. This fosters collaboration and idea exchange, enriching your perspective and expanding your professional network.

Expert Guest Speakers: The curriculum incorporates sessions led by experts in various fields, covering topics such as marketing, human resources, strategic thinking, effective operations, and leadership skills. These sessions serve as the program's foundation, providing actionable insights and strategies directly applicable to your organization.

In-Person Sessions: Sessions will be held in person over three four-hour sessions on the following dates: August 27, September 10, and September 24, 2024. Attendance on all three dates is expected to ensure maximum benefit from the program.

No Cost to Participate: Best of all, there is no cost associated with participation. This is an opportunity for nonprofit leaders to invest in their professional development without financial burden.
