Kim has been an attorney for over twenty years, working in private practice and state government. She specializes in business law. Kim served as a faculty member at Florida State University’s College of Law followed by ten years at Daytona State College, first as legal counsel and then as Senior Professor and Chair of the School of Business Administration.
Kim has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector as well. She founded a nonprofit dedicated to the success of women in the workplace and served as Executive Director of the Institute for Nonprofit Innovation and Excellence, a nonprofit management support organization.
