What the Program Covers

The NPEP is focused on growth, leadership expertise, and financial success. It is an unparalleled opportunity to enhance your business skills, innovate with other talented small business leaders, and prepare for the new challenges that lie ahead. Whether you seek a more global perspective, better ways to seize opportunities, or greater insight into managing day-to-day operations, the NPEP can help you realize your organization’s potential—and your own. “The program truly helped to illustrate the areas of our business which needed to be addressed at the time, and provided a foundation to accomplish key objectives. I enjoyed the size of the class and the diversity of business types involved."
