What You Can Expect
Presented over four months, the engaged, content specific sessions take place once every other week for a total of 40 contact hours. The Nonprofit Executive Program (NPEP) is designed to take into account your demanding schedule while enabling you to assess your organization’s position, develop long-term strategies, create practical action plans and connect with fellow nonprofits leaders and members of the Jim Moran Institute’s network for advice and support. Each participant is expected to participate in all 9 training days in order receive a certificate of completion. Each participant will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement so any information shared by participants will be kept within the group.
What the Program Covers
The NPEP is focused on growth, leadership expertise, and financial success. It is an unparalleled opportunity to enhance your business skills, innovate with other talented small business leaders, and prepare for the new challenges that lie ahead. Whether you seek a more global perspective, better ways to seize opportunities, or greater insight into managing day-to-day operations, the NPEP can help you realize your organization’s potential—and your own. While examining business fundamentals, strategies and best practices from the perspective of a business leader, you will explore a broad range of topics— finance, marketing, technology, and leadership.
Since 2011, enhancements to the Jim Moran Institute and its outreach have been made possible by Jan Moran and The Jim Moran Foundation. Additional support for the Broward County Executive Programs has been provided by the following organizations:

“The strength of the speakers at the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship and the relationships developed by both participants and speakers was an integral part of the program's success for me. The group communication expanded my horizons as to the potential for increasing my business and taught me a lot about social media and marketing opportunities.”
