What You Can Expect
Presented over two months, the engaged, content specific sessions take place once a week for three hours. The Nonprofit Executive Program (NPEP) is designed to take into account your demanding schedule while enabling you to assess your organization’s position, develop long-term strategies, create practical action plans and connect with fellow nonprofit leaders and members of the Jim Moran Institute’s network for advice and support. Each participant will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement so any information shared by participants will be kept within the group.
What the Program Covers
The NPEP is focused on growth, leadership expertise, and financial success. It is an unparalleled opportunity to enhance your business skills, innovate with other talented small business leaders, and prepare for the new challenges that lie ahead. Whether you seek a more global perspective, better ways to seize opportunities, or greater insight into managing day-to-day operations, the NPEP can help you realize your organization’s potential—and your own. While examining business fundamentals, strategies and best practices from the perspective of a business leader, you will explore a broad range of topics— finance, marketing, technology, and leadership.

“The program truly helped to illustrate the areas of our business which needed to be addressed at the time, and provided a foundation to accomplish key objectives. I enjoyed the size of the class and the diversity of business types involved."
