"Through my experience with Tatum CFO, I've had the privilege of engaging with thousands of small businesses. One common observation is that many entrepreneurs approach their financials and business models defensively. Merely monitoring cash flow can lead a business into significant trouble. Too often, small business owners feel overwhelmed by accounting complexities, which can seem like holding them hostage.

This class aims to demystify financial concepts in straightforward terms, empowering participants to take control. It provides a safe space for asking questions that might otherwise go unasked, ensuring a deeper understanding and placing them confidently in the driver’s seat of their financial future."
