The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship announces Esu Ma’at, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for the Orlando Magic, as the opening keynote speaker for the 12th Annual Small Business Leadership Conference (SBLC), taking place June 19-21 at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando.

Esu Ma’at focuses on integrating DE&I strategy with the team’s business goals, organizational values, and key performance indicators. He has a distinguished track record of success and drives a 21st century vision for diversity, equity, and inclusion. He works closely with the Magic’s executive leadership team to implement an impactful strategy to the organization, the NBA, and the Central Florida community.

The Jim Moran Institute’s Small Business Leadership Conference is hosted every year in Orlando and gives small business owners the opportunity for networking and professional development.
